From electrical apprentice to ecommerce founder
No mentors, no course. Just a lot of testing, and a few lucky breaks I didn’t waste.
My first dropshipping store sold Fortnite controller skins through paid posts on Instagram meme pages. It flopped, but it sold.
Botting Supreme drops on my break at Halfords. Seven pairs of Off-Whites resold for over four times what I paid. That’s when I took online money seriously.
Electrical apprentice, watching Biaheza buy houses on YouTube and doing the math on my wage. It didn’t add up.
My supervisor never showed up to a job. I sat on site, built the Adamans store and designed the logo in PowerPoint. It’s the same logo today.
Every spare penny went into ads during COVID. I learned from videos all day, tested the same day, and handed in my notice two weeks after going back.
Cut the agency that was paid on my ad spend, took the ads back myself, and pushed into the US.
Raised our US prices 1.7x. Fewer orders, bigger baskets, lower fulfillment costs, and the biggest jump in profit we’ve ever had.

Directing an Adamans shoot. I still run the creative myself.
